A little structure. A lot more possibility.

Less setup. More making.

GrokPot gives the moving parts of AI work a place to belong,
from the first brief to the skills you use every day.

A HEAD START

Skip the blank project.

Pick a project template with a plan, defined agent roles, and relevant skills and tools. Give your team direction from the start.

A CLEARER WORKSPACE

Every agent has a home.

Expand a project to see its agents, then collapse it to clear your view. Nested helpers stay with their owner, so you don’t have to scan one long, flat agent list.

A TOOLKIT WITH PURPOSE

See what earns its place.

See recorded skill and tool usage. Spot what gets used, review what doesn’t, and disable or remove items you no longer need.

A closer look at usage

From “what if” to “let’s go”

A starting point
for your kind of work.

Choose a template, describe the outcome, and review the proposed team and toolkit. Your next project starts with a little more clarity.

Build a useful collection

Your toolkit should
grow wiser, too.

Adding a skill is easy. Knowing whether it helps is more useful. GrokPot puts recorded usage alongside your skills and tools, so you can make room for what matters.

  • See which skills and tools your agents actually use.
  • Find zero-use items worth a closer look.
  • Choose what to keep, disable, or remove.

Counts reflect recorded activity. A zero is a reason to review an item; cleanup stays in your hands.

How GrokPot compares
with OpenClaw, Hermes
and Grok Bot

For people juggling projects, GrokPot’s advantage is the everyday workflow:
a guided start, a clear project tree, and a toolkit you can keep in shape.

FOR ORGANIZED PROJECT WORK

GrokPot

Bring the project, the team, and its capabilities into one visual desktop workspace.

  • Guided project templatesBegin with a plan, agent roles, and a relevant toolkit.
  • Expandable project groupsSee agents in the context of their work, with helpers nested under their owner.
  • Visible usage countsReview skills and tools, then remove the ones you no longer need.

A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT

OpenClaw

OpenClaw documents a gateway approach with isolated agent workspaces and routing across messaging channels.

  • Agent and team setupConfigure agents, workspaces, and message routing.
  • Per-agent skillsUse shared skills or tailor the skill selection for each agent.

Prefer choosing a project type and seeing its team together? That’s the workflow GrokPot puts up front.

A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT

Hermes Agent

Hermes emphasizes an agent that learns across sessions, with persistent memory and reusable skills.

  • Skills that evolveCreate, use, and manage skills, including bundles for repeatable workflows.
  • Delegation and toolsetsDelegate work and configure which tools are available.

Prefer a visible project structure and usage counts for reviewing your toolkit? GrokPot makes those part of the workspace.

LOCAL WORKSPACE OR CLOUD COMPUTER

Grok Bot

Grok Bot provides persistent cloud computers, collaborating bots, skills and routines. Its cloud work can continue while your laptop is closed.

GrokPot runs your workspace locally and adds project plans, per-agent model choice, extension usage and integrated GitHub, Vercel and Cloudflare delivery controls.

OpenClaw, Hermes and Grok Bot also support skills and multiple agents. This comparison highlights GrokPot’s approach to project work; it is not an exhaustive feature inventory or a performance benchmark. Based on the official documentation linked above, reviewed September 2026.

A few things to know.

Can I download GrokPot yet?

Yes. GrokPot 0.5.0 beta is available for Apple silicon Macs, Linux x64 and Windows x64. The macOS and Windows installers are unsigned. Read the installation guide and release notes before installing. An “Unavailable” label means download details could not be loaded; the GitHub release page remains available above.

Does GrokPot remove unused skills automatically?

No. GrokPot shows recorded usage so you can decide what to keep, disable, or remove. A skill with zero recorded uses might still be useful for a future project.

Can I customize a project template?

Yes. Templates provide a starting plan and team. The guided project flow also lets you define a custom team and choose agent skills and tools to suit your goal.

Are the examples on this page live projects?

The workspace image is an actual GrokPot screenshot from a disposable new-user profile with only Concierge and Administrator, no projects, and zero usage. The usage example contains sample content. The template preview describes the project starters in GrokPot. Actual results depend on your models, connected tools, and project inputs.
